II. Scope of application

IV. Delivery

Greenhouse sells from Belgium and delivers to various EU countries. For delivery in a specific country that is not included in the destinations, the Customer can contact Greenhouse to obtain more information about the delivery conditions in that specific country. The delivery times stated on the Greenhouse website are not binding, but are merely given as an indication.


Orders placed at Greenhouse are handled as soon as payment for the order has been received. The delivery of products is foreseen within 3 to 10 days after payment. For some products the delivery time will be longer than 10 days, this will also be stated online with the product specifications and in the order confirmation. Products with a longer delivery time are made at the request of the Customer and cannot be canceled. No delay in delivery can give cause for cancellation of the purchase or payment of damages for the benefit of the Buyer, except in the case of deliberate delay.


Greenhouse cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, which would affect the production, availability, transport or delivery of the product. VI. Payment

The customer can pay for his order online with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or IDEAL. The Client guarantees Greenhouse that he has the required license to use the chosen method of payment. The debit for purchases on account of the customer is made at the time of processing the order.


Payment of an order is done online and can be done with a debit or a credit card, and this always for the entire order. Online payment is done in a very secure way, namely via "SSL payment". VII. Orders and contractual obligations

VIII. Transfer of Property

IX. Renunciation right

Greenhouse will then indicate to the customer the steps to be followed. In all cases, the return is carried out at the risk of the customer. The customer must be able to provide proof of return at all times.


The products that are returned must be intact, in a perfect condition for resale (not used), and in the original packaging. They must not have been worn or used and show no signs of wear or deterioration. The goods must always be in a state of perfect purity. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has deteriorated, will neither be refunded nor exchanged. This right to return is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the transport costs that are still for the customer.


In the event that the right to return is exercised by the Customer, Greenhouse will, upon receipt, send an email to the Customer with acknowledgment of receipt. Greenhouse will then award the Client credits for the same amount.


The customer can also ask for a full refund of the sum. In this case, please send an email to hello@greenhouse.boutique. In the case of a request for reimbursement, Greenhouse will refund the amount within 30 days.


All products on the site can be returned unless explicitly stated. In any case, the right to return will not apply to products that have a personal character, that were made according to the specifications of the Customer or that are only made to order. The delivery time of these products is often longer than 4 weeks. For example, articles ordered in a different color, specific size or composition on the website. Even products that must be assembled by the buyer can no longer be returned after ordering. The Customer can only cancel these goods within 14 days of purchase. Products that age too quickly or whose quality deteriorates cannot be returned. Also, any services that have been performed cannot be canceled.

X. Complaints

Greenhouse reminds the customer that it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the shipment upon receipt and in the presence of the representative of the shipping service and to point out to the shipping service as well as Greenhouse the presence of any anomaly (blows, damage to the packaging, …) And this within 2 working days after the delivery of the goods. XI. Guarantee

In accordance with the Civil Code, the current provisions cannot relieve the professional seller of the guarantee against all consequences of hidden defects in the goods sold. XVI. Applicable law

All agreements between Greenhouse and the Customer are subject to the case law of the Belgian Law. Only the Belgian courts are considered authorized. Only Belgian law is applicable in the event of litigation and if no amicable settlement agreement can be reached. Only the Court of Ghent is authorized independently of the place of delivery and / of place of residence of the Customer.
