Incorrectly transmitted or non-existent delivery addresses are the responsibility of the Buyer and may give rise to additional costs. The delivery times stated on the Greenhouse website are not binding, but are merely given as an indication.


Orders placed at Greenhouse are handled as soon as payment for the order has been received. The delivery of products is foreseen within 3 to 10 days after payment. For some products the delivery time will be longer than 10 days, this will also be stated online with the product specifications and in the order confirmation. Products with a longer delivery time are made at the request of the Customer and cannot be canceled. No delay in delivery can give cause for cancellation of the purchase or payment of damages for the benefit of the Buyer, except in the case of deliberate delay.
